"tech support was fantastic and friendly"

They messed up my line on the initial configuration (I have naked dsl so it is a little complicated) and it had to be reconfigured at the home office. Even though I wasn't supposed to get a wireless router with naked DSL my install package came with one so I didn't have to buy one myself.

I had tech support test my line and install my wireless router. They were fantastic (from India, but it worked out well). I also had someone come out in his truck too to help with my line.

Everything is smooth now. Their tech support personnel were very friendly and helpful and were willing to help with some pc problems and spend as much time as was needed to fix things.
